Terms of use

Nothing Stays Still publishes information about its work and offers private working sessions. A working session is a collaborative review of the material and questions you bring. Site material and session notes are for general information and discussion. They do not constitute legal, tax, investment, medical, or other licensed professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make and for obtaining qualified advice when you need it.

We do not promise any particular financial, business, creative, or other outcome. Public material may become outdated. Where we discuss a lawsuit, proposal, or pending decision, consult the underlying sources for its status.

Only submit material you have permission to share. Keep passwords, card details, and sensitive personal information out of contact forms and booking notes. You retain ownership of the material you provide and give us permission to use it as needed to evaluate your inquiry or deliver the service. You may use your session notes for your own work. Other site content and brand assets may only be used with permission or as allowed by law.

Do not interfere with the site, attempt to access another person’s account, or use our forms to send spam or unlawful material. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the public site. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

Working-session policy

The standard working session is one hour at $500 USD, payable at booking. The offer includes a short intake, advance review of up to 10 pages or 10 minutes of material, a written Working Note within 48 hours, and one follow-up email within seven days. The booking screen shows the price and terms that apply to your reservation.

Use the link in your confirmation to cancel or reschedule. The current paid-session refund policy allows a refund when you cancel at least two business days before the session. If we cancel and you do not accept a replacement time, we will refund the amount paid for that session. For help with a booking, contact bookings@nothingstaysstill.com.

We handle session material privately and use it to deliver the work, subject to service providers needed to operate the session and disclosures required by law. A session does not create a legally privileged relationship. Ask us before sharing material that requires a separate confidentiality agreement.

Privacy policy

What we collect. If you contact us, we receive your name, email, topic, message, and any organization you choose to include. The site stores an inquiry reference and a derived IP identifier to help limit abuse. Hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, device and browser information, requests, and diagnostic logs. We use site analytics to understand visits and actions.

Bookings and accounts. When you book, Cal.com processes your contact details, availability selection, and intake answers. Stripe processes card details for paid bookings. NSS does not ask for card numbers through its contact form. If you accept an account invitation, NSS stores your email, assigned role, a password hash, and session records. The site uses a session cookie for sign-in. The booking embed may use its own cookies or browser storage.

How we use and share information. We use it to respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver sessions, administer accounts, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the site, and keep business records. Service providers include Cloudflare for hosting and outbound email, Purelymail for the NSS mailbox, Cal.com for scheduling and video, Stripe for payments, and Apple Calendar for scheduling sync. We may disclose information if required by law or to address fraud or security issues.

Retention and requests. We keep records as needed for the purpose for which they were collected, to resolve disputes, and to meet recordkeeping obligations. To ask what we hold about you or request a correction or deletion, email contact@nothingstaysstill.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting and retain records where required.
